Elje / Trade

Spec library

Free Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, DWG and IFC objects for every Elje range item, each carrying its EL code and a link to its landed price.

What will be in it

  • One object per range item: kitchen and joinery modules, vanities, basins, toilets, baths, tapware, tiles and doors.
  • Native Revit families (.rfa), ArchiCAD objects (.gsm), SketchUp (.skp), AutoCAD (.dwg) and IFC for everything else.
  • Real overall dimensions and clearances at a usable level of detail, not a sales model.
  • Properties named to the NATSPEC and Masterspec Open BIM Object Standard, with the EL code as the product code.
  • The compliance evidence in the object data: WaterMark and WELS numbers, slip rating, board emission class.

How we will publish it

Free downloads, no account needed for a single object. Every object links to its range page, so the landed price, lead time and certificate are one click from the drawing.

Australian manufacturers publish the same way: Abey offers its library in Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD and SketchUp, free, through BIMcontent. ArchiCAD content is thinner across the market than Revit, so we will draw both from day one.

Factory names

Objects carry the EL code, never the factory's name. The factory is named when your client is introduced.

Questions

When is it live?

2028, once the first range is set. Tell us which items you want first when you send plans.

Can I use the object without buying through Elje?

Yes. The objects are free to use. The EL code links back to the landed price whenever you want it.
