Refer and earn
Designers, drafters, brokers, town planners and creators who send a job that goes ahead get a share of Elje's commission, written into a referral agreement before the first job.
Who it is for
- Building designers and drafters who hand plans to an owner and never see the fit-out.
- Town planners and certifiers who see approvals before anyone else.
- Mortgage and construction finance brokers with approved clients.
- Creators with an audience of renovators.
How it works
- Sign the referral agreement. It sets your share and when it is paid.
- Send the client to us with their consent, or give them your referral link.
- We price the job and run it as usual. The client sees that you referred them.
- When the factory pays Elje its introduction fee, we pay your share.
What we will not do
We do not buy contact lists and we do not pay for leads that have not agreed to be contacted. Every referral is disclosed to the client on their quote.
Questions
How much is the share?
It is set in the referral agreement and is the same for everyone in the same role. We will publish it here when the programme opens in mid 2027.
Is there a reward for past clients who refer a friend?
Yes. Customers get a referral reward for every friend who buys. That is on the customer pages, not this one.
