Fifteen to a hundred identical kitchens and bathrooms in one decision, priced landed per unit, inspected to one regime and delivered in stages to match the program.
What a developer package covers
- A unit schedule priced landed per unit type, against the local quotes you already hold.
- Several Verified factories quoting each package, ranked by the scorecard.
- One inspection regime: a golden sample signed off, then every batch checked against it.
- Staged shipping by building or stage, so goods arrive when the trades are ready.
- The compliance file per item for the certifier.
What it costs
The developer package is planned at 3% of the order, in place of the per-job Project Plan. Factories pay their 5% introduction fee under the protection agreement. The package opens in 2029; until then we price developer jobs one at a time.
When to talk to us
At development approval, before the cost plan is locked. A fit-out is the easiest place to find margin while the drawings are still open.
Questions
Does Elje hold stock for staged delivery?
No. Elje never owns goods or holds stock. Staging is done by ordering and shipping in batches, with our forwarder holding consolidated freight where needed.
Who is the importer?
Your entity is. The order is in your name and GST is paid at the border.
