For builders
Landed prices for the fit-out lines in your estimate, in 72 hours, under your name. Your client stays yours, and you keep your margin on the install.
Where it helps
- Pricing a job that is over budget: the joinery, stone, tiles and tapware are usually the biggest lines you can move.
- Tender work where the client has already seen showroom prices.
- Repeat house types and duplex pairs, where the same kitchen and bathrooms ship again and again.
- Clients who want a China-made fit-out and need someone to make it safe.

What arrives on site
Goods come labelled by room and line, with the shop drawings, the packing list and the compliance file: WaterMark certificate numbers for tapware and sanitary, AS 4586 slip reports for wet-area tiles, board test reports for cabinetry. Your certifier and your plumber get the paperwork they need.
We talk to you before the order about what arrives and what you supply locally, like cavity sliders, sink cut-outs or a template visit for stone.
Coming with Elje Pro, late 2027

Questions
Will a factory try to go around me to my client?
Every factory signs a protection agreement before an introduction. The client is named in it, and repeat orders from that client pay Elje for 3 years, so there is no saving in going around you. Factory names are only given at introduction.
Can I bring my own factory?
Yes. Elje Direct charges 0% commission on clients a builder or factory brings, and you can still use Assured and our partners.
Who pays Elje?
Your client pays the $990 Project Plan (free on your first job) and Elje Assured, 2% of the order with a $600 minimum. The factory pays a 5% introduction fee. Every fee is printed on every quote. Your trade account is free.
