Upload a factory quote or proforma invoice and see it decoded and landed. Being built; here is what it will check.
What it will check
- The delivery term (EXW, FOB, CIF) and what it leaves out.
- The currency, and any exchange-rate clause that passes a loss to you.
- Payment terms: a deposit over 30 percent, or a balance due before inspection.
- What is missing: cavity frames, plinths, kickboards, reveals, spares, packaging.
- Hardware named by brand and model, or 'equal to'.
- Certificates the line needs and whether the quote mentions them.
- Lead time and validity date.
- The landed price per line, to your postcode.
