Ceramics ship boxed and blocked inside crates. Insure the full landed value and photograph every carton on arrival.
What to check before you order
- WaterMark in the factory's own name, on the register
- WELS registration for the toilet suite
- Lead free versions of anything carrying drinking water
- ISPM 15 on timber crates

Will my plumber install them?
Yes, if they carry current WaterMark and WELS registration. That is the gate Elje checks before any factory is introduced.
