Whole-house packages

One landed price for a whole house, so the whole-house saving is visible in one number. Packages are being built from real jobs; until then, here is what each covers and how it is priced.

The real number behind it

We fitted out a five-bedroom Brisbane house and its granny flat direct from five factories. Every kitchen, laundry, vanity and robe; every stone top and integrated basin; the internal doors and railings; 57 windows and external doors; all the tapware and toilets; and the furniture. The factory-gate total was about $142,000.

That is a factory-gate number, not landed. Freight, insurance, port and biosecurity charges, brokerage, cartage and GST come on top. When the job lands we will publish the real landed total, line by line.

The four packages

Elje estimate, October 2026. Not yet from a delivered job; replaced with real landed numbers as jobs land.

Why a package

  • One factory for the joinery means one board, one colour and one inspection.
  • One container instead of several shipments: one set of port, broker and cartage charges.
  • One golden sample set, one timeline, one installer brief.
