What it costs landed

Factory-gate figures are export marketplace asking prices from October 2026, not quotes. Real quotes at your volume replace them.

Landed means AUD inc GST at your door: factory price, freight, marine insurance, duty, port and DAFF charges, brokerage, inspection and cartage. Freight moves weekly, so every estimate is re-priced on the day.

The house we fitted out did not import flooring. We will publish real numbers when a delivered job does.
