China Fit-Out Price Book
$29. Real landed prices for 200 items, the 10 mistakes, the compliance checklist and a factory quote decoded line by line. It goes on sale when the first delivered jobs give it real numbers, in 2027.
What will be inside
- 200 items priced landed: cabinetry by the lineal metre, vanities, mixers, toilets, tiles per m2, stone per m2, doors, lighting
- The 10 mistakes that turn a cheap factory price into an expensive landed one
- The compliance checklist: WaterMark, WELS, slip ratings, formaldehyde, illegal logging, RCM, ISPM 15, the engineered stone ban
- A real factory quote decoded: EXW, FOB, CIF, the payment terms and what is missing
- Freight and duty tables for every Australian port
Why it costs $29
Because it is built from delivered jobs, not from a factory price list. Until those exist, the free pages on this site carry the estimates.
Before it is out
The landed model, freight and duty are free on the prices pages now, and a landed estimate for your own plans is free.
