How Verified is different from other badges

Many platforms check documents once a year. Elje Verified is checked on every order: each Elje order is inspected before the balance is paid, and the result goes into your scorecard. Your listing depends on real results, not a certificate on the wall.

How you keep it

  • Pay A$300 a month.
  • Quote within 5 business days on jobs in your categories.
  • Fix any failed inspection before shipping.
  • Report every order from an introduced buyer within 7 days.
  • A re-audit every 12 months, or after two failed inspections.

When it starts

Verified opens in mid 2027. Until then, factories we visit and sign a protection agreement with can quote on Elje jobs at no monthly fee.

Questions

Does Verified make my factory rank higher?

No. Verified makes you eligible to quote. The scorecard alone decides the order. Nobody can pay for position.

Who does the audit?

A third-party audit company or an Elje agent in Foshan, using the Elje checklist. The report is shared with you.

Can I lose Verified?

Yes: for a failed inspection that is not fixed, a false certificate, an unreported order from an introduced buyer, or not paying the fee.
