Elje is small and new. There are no open roles today. These are the jobs we expect to hire for first, and how to put your hand up.
The roles we will need

| Matcher | Reads a buyer's plans, writes the Project Plan and matches each line to the right Verified factory | Brisbane |
| Closer | Takes a buyer from landed estimate to a signed order, and answers the hard questions honestly | Brisbane, or remote in Australia |
| Partner manager | Signs and looks after inspectors, forwarders, brokers and installers, and runs complaints against the partner standards | Brisbane |
| Foshan agent | Visits factories, audits them for Verified, chases production and meets inspectors on the floor. Mandarin or Cantonese required | Foshan, Guangdong |
What working here is like
- Every fee is public, so there is no selling around the price.
- No paid ranking. You match buyers to the factory that fits, not the one that pays more.
- Plain words, on the site and with buyers. We say no when local is better value.
